Version 3.2 now has improved handling of referrals in multi time zone systems, support for international call back and billing support through prefixes. Also Trio Enterprise 3.2 is now communicating with Lync through UCMA, which is the standard recommended by Microsoft. And, since almost the entire platform can now be installed virtually it will bring with it cost savings and improved operational efficiency.
